Sime Darby Industries / Tractors Malaysia  office building located in Puchong had entrusted us, PiEE to redesign the MD office into a new modern concept and yet maintaining its executives look.  We had moved the previous MD office from Level 4 to Level 1. We had used a simplicity of monotones in materials selection and giving the MD a new minimalist corporate look with a contemporary yet lighter soothing atmosphere to reach out the MD executives standards.

Sime Darby Industries had envisioned to have a cozy lounge type breakout area for their staffs collaborations as well as recreation within the office building. With this space created, the staffs are able to hangout casually while to increasing their work productivity and creativity together. This Breakout comes with a pantry with bar high table and also several different style of collaboration spaces divided.

The breakout room is located in L4 which is the top floor of the building. The area also will be use for casual meeting as well as conducting Town Hall. Small meetings can also be arrange here as we had designed the functional tall lounge chairs to provide some privacy despite being in the open lounge space.

PiEE had transformed the former Executive Rooms at Level 4 into Meetings and Function Rooms. These rooms will able to assit the ever busy and congestion usage of meeting room presently in the existing office. All Meeting rooms is equipped with updated Meeting and Conference kit System. We had also create a waiting lounge while breaks will be utilized by the staffs at the same area.
